AAOS to take part in Get Connected electronic prescribing program The American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons today announced their participation in Get Connected, a program designed to help more of the country’s physicians and various other prescribers use electronic prescribing . Now supported by 17 of the country’s leading medical associations, Get Connected is intended to greatly help physicians and other prescribers make the most of current Medicare incentives aimed at raising the adoption and usage of e-prescribing.
