Payment methods

Credit card: If you are paying by credit card your name and billing address must be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. For security reasons and to protect our customers we require your shipping and billing addresses to match. By using a credit card to pay for your order you authorize ElectronGPS Corp. to charge your credit card account for the full amount of your order including all shipping and applicable taxes, if any.
PayPal: If you use PayPal to make a payment the process will go through the secure PayPal ordering system. Your address must be confirmed. We will not ship to unconfirmed PayPal addresses. No exceptions. If paying by eCheck, your payment must clear before we ship your order.
Please make sure that all the required information in your profile is correct before placing an order so we can contact you with any questions regarding your order.
Shipping
We use FedEx and/or USPS to ship out packages. If a shipping carrier is not available for your area we reserve the right to ship your order with another carrier at our discretion. Please note that we may ship your order in more than one package and an adult signature may be required upon delivery.
All items in stock ship within 48 hours of clearance of payment. Delivery times may vary depending upon the items ordered and shipping carrier. Times also vary depending on the accuracy of information you provided in your profile. We will ship to confirmed addresses only. We do not ship to hotels or motels. All items shipped may require an adult signature for delivery. At this time we do not ship outside the USA.
Sales tax
ElectronGPS Corp. automatically charges applicable sales taxes on all orders shipped to State of California. For all other states each customer is responsible for all sales or other taxes.
Warranty information
All products sold on our website are brand new and carry full manufacturers warranty unless stated otherwise. However, we may sell refurbished or "open box" items, in which case the item conditions and warranty information is clearly stated in the product description. We do not sell used products. This warranty does not apply to systems failure due to accident, abuse, mishandling, improper installation, alteration, acts of nature, improper usage, or problems with electrical power.
Returns
You can return the products you bought from us within 15 days from the date the items were delivered, unless otherwise specified. Please read product description for specific return/refund and warranty notes. All returns must comply with the following:
To request RMA number send an email to sales@electrongps.com. Please include your name, address, phone #, order date, order # and reason for return. The RMA form can be downloaded from here and must be included with your return.
Order acceptance
ElectronGPS Corp. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, regardless of the order status. We also reserve the right to require additional information from you if such information is necessary to process or complete your order. All orders are subject to management review and approval and if found to be invalid due to any reason, are subject to cancellation by management.

- Returns will not be accepted if the UPC code, serial number and/or any bar code is missing for any reason. No exceptions.
- Refurbish items, Open Box items, CDR/RW Media, DVDR/RW Media can not be return.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and RMA form must accompany all returns. You must contact us within the appropriate period of time from the date the product was received and request RMA number. After this period is passed all returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider.
- All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issuance.
- All returns must be in like new conditions, in their original packaging, with all documentation and accessories included and with warranty cards not filled out.
- Items that have been damaged or misused will not be accepted.
- If a package is returned to us by the shipping carrier due to bad shipping address, action, inaction, or absence of the recipient, we will refund the amount paid less shipping and handling charges and less 10% re-stocking fee based on invoice.
- If a product is return to us because you ordered the wrong item, you don't like the product or you simply want to return it for no reason at all, we will refund the amount paid less shipping and handling charges and less 10% re-stocking fee based on invoice.
- Always ship your returns to us insured and keep your tracking #. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments. All returned packages must be properly packed to prevent damage in transit.
- Please fill out the RMA form completely and include the form and a copy of your invoice with your return. The RMA number must be displayed on the outside of your package. Any package without RMA writen on the outside will be return to you unopened, no refund/replacement will be issued and you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
- All returns must be send to us freight prepaid. All shipping, handling and return shipping charges are non-refundable for all products in all cases.
- If a return is send to us without complying with the above the package will be return to you, no refund/replacement will be issued and you will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges.
